I have tutored children going into sixth and third grade in math and reading. I want to be a tutor because I enjoy working with children and it will be a good experience for me to assist with me becoming a teacher. I have always worked with children. I worked at the YMCA in high school doing child watch, and I worked at an elementary school for over three years in a classroom as well as supervising recess and lunch. I was a scholar at my High school and received a Bristol Meyers Internship to study at Choate Rosemary Hall for two summers. I interned at Yale over one summer doing Breast Cancer Research.
